There's very few things that get students excited when the stress of finals is around the corner, but for Monika Guiberteau and her fellow classmates all it took was a former Backstreet Boy.
Kevin Richardson was on campus today, Dec. 6, 2007, with his wife Kristin Richardson, who is a 1992 dance performance alumna. Kristin may also be recognizable for her many appearances on shows like "CSI: Miami," "Joey," "Supernatural," and others.
Richardson wanted to see the newly renovated Edith Kinney Gaylord Center, which opened in August as home to the Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Arts Management.
The excitement of having the couple in the class couldn't be contained, Guiberteau said.
"We weren't sure it was him or not," the dance performance sophomore said. "Then we all started freaking out."
The couple were just driving through with their five-month-old son on their way to visit family in Kentucky, officials said.
